These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Bite Blueprint (thebiteblueprint.com) and The Bait Lab (thebaitlab.com), both operated by Jodie Brunetti DBA The Bait Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of the State of Florida.
By accessing either website, purchasing any product or service, or using The Bite Blueprint report generator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. The Bite Blueprint Service
2.1 What the Service Does
The Bite Blueprint is an AI-powered tournament fishing report generator. When you purchase access and submit tournament details through the intake form at thebiteblueprint.com, our system generates a personalized fishing plan (“Report”) using artificial intelligence, publicly available data sources, and the inputs you provide.
2.2 AI-Generated Content Disclosure
All Reports are generated using artificial intelligence models and publicly available data sources including weather services, water level databases, fishery regulation publications, and general internet content. AI-generated content is provided for planning and informational purposes only.
The Bait Lab and The Bite Blueprint make no warranties, express or implied, that any Report will be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Reports are not professional fishing guides, tournament strategy consultants, or legal compliance tools.
2.3 Angler Input Responsibility
Reports are built entirely from the information you enter at the time of submission. You are solely responsible for ensuring all inputs are accurate, including lake name, tournament rules, fish limit, size limit, start time, species, and all other fields. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in any Report resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
Any tournament penalties, weight deductions, disqualification, or other consequences arising from reliance on a Report built from incorrect inputs are your sole responsibility.
2.4 Regulations Disclaimer
Fishing regulations included in any Report are AI-researched from publicly available sources and provided for planning purposes only. Always verify current rules directly with your state fish and wildlife agency before your tournament. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and tournament rules.
2.5 Conditions Disclaimer
All lake conditions, patterns, and recommendations in any Report are projections based on available data at the time of generation. Actual conditions on tournament day may differ. We are not liable for outcomes based on information that changes after Report generation. Always verify conditions before launching.
 
3. Purchases, Access, and Credits
3.1 Credit Tiers
The Bite Blueprint operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased exclusively via WooCommerce on thebaitlab.com. thebiteblueprint.com does not process payments. Current pricing for all credit tiers is displayed at thebaitlab.com at the time of purchase.
The following credit tier types are available:
•  Single credit pack: 1 credit. Credits never expire.
•  Multi-credit packs: available in multiple quantities. Credits never expire.
•  Annual plan: a fixed number of credits provided per year. Credits reset to the plan quantity on renewal. Unused credits do not roll over.
3.2 Credit Consumption
One credit is consumed per tournament day entered. A single-day tournament requires 1 credit. A multi-day tournament requires one credit per day — for example, a 3-day tournament at Lake Harris requires 3 credits.
If you do not have sufficient credits to cover the number of tournament days you have entered, your submission will be blocked and you will be prompted to purchase additional credits before proceeding.
Credits are deducted only on successful Report generation and delivery. No credit is charged if Report generation fails due to a technical error on our end.
3.3 Access Management
Access to The Bite Blueprint is managed through Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) on thebaitlab.com. A WordPress account on thebaitlab.com is required to purchase credits and access the service. PMPro requires account creation at checkout for new customers.
Your credit balance is verified each time you submit the intake form. If your balance is insufficient, submission is blocked and you will be directed to thebaitlab.com to purchase additional credits.
4. Refund and Delivery Policy
4.1 Failed Generation
Reports that fail to generate due to a technical error on our end are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at info@thebaitlab.com with your order details.
4.2 Failed Delivery
If your Report was successfully generated but you did not receive it by email, this is a delivery issue, not a generation failure. We will resend your Report to any valid email address at no charge. Contact us at info@thebaitlab.com. No refund is issued for failed delivery.
4.3 Successfully Delivered Reports
Successfully delivered Reports are non-refundable, regardless of on-water conditions or results on tournament day. Reports are personalized, AI-generated digital deliverables that cannot be returned. Credits consumed for a successfully delivered Report are non-refundable.
4.4 Physical Product Returns (The Bait Lab)
The Bait Lab also sells physical custom soft plastic baits and lures through thebaitlab.com. Returns for physical merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective items only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for exchange. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
To initiate a physical product return, contact us at info@thebaitlab.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and a photo. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
4.5 All Requests
All refund and resend requests must be submitted by email to info@thebaitlab.com.
5. User Accounts and Data
5.1 Account Registration
A WordPress account on thebaitlab.com is required to use The Bite Blueprint. Account creation is handled at checkout via PMPro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and when submitting tournament details. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you are misusing the service, providing false information, or violating these Terms. In the event of termination, no refund will be issued for any unused credits or subscription time unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on thebaitlab.com and thebiteblueprint.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Report generation system, is the property of Jodie Brunetti DBA The Bait Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
6.2 Your Reports
Reports generated for you are for your personal tournament preparation use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Report. Reports may not be shared publicly in any form that would compete with or substitute for the service.
6.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF A REPORT.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JODIE BRUNETTI DBA THE BAIT LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jodie Brunetti DBA The Bait Lab from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any Report.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
