Refund and Returns Policy

First and foremost, at the The Bait Lab your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We are here to foster a healthy and thriving angling community so we want to make sure our customer are happy and receive nothing but the best from us.

Defective Merchandise: We accept returns and issue refunds for defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us first, via email with your order details and a description of the issue with photo.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the that your refund has been processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for an exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail your product to the physical address provided to you in the return confirmation mail sent by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will only for the total cost of the original sale, not shipping.

If it is agreed that you will be getting an exchange and not a refund, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location and carrier.
